Large Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry, is looking for a Front office Receptionist based
in Cape Town, Western Cape Central Business District reporting the General Manager.
Purpose of the position
- To provide the best service to all clients and guests, and assisting with the general administration of the Front Desk.
- Key Performance Areas
- Attend to Guests at reception
- Prepare Reports
- Attend to Guests’ queries
- Liaise with Customer Support Centre
- Experience in Hospitality – Front office : 2 to 3 years
- Experience with banking administration : 2 to 3 years
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have Matric
- Opera Experience will be an advantage
- Organised, ability to prioritise and to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Mature, well presented and well spoken.
- Must be able to work well within a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Accurate and figure orientated.
- Excellent standard of Telephone Etiquette.
- Honest and Reliable.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
