Large Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry, is looking for a Front office Receptionist based

in Cape Town, Western Cape Central Business District reporting the General Manager.

Purpose of the position

  • To provide the best service to all clients and guests, and assisting with the general administration of the Front Desk.
  • Key Performance Areas
  • Attend to Guests at reception
  • Prepare Reports
  • Receipting
  • Attend to Guests’ queries
  • Liaise with Customer Support Centre

Required Skills

  • Experience in Hospitality – Front office : 2 to 3 years
    • Experience with banking administration : 2 to 3 years
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Must have Matric
    • Opera Experience will be an advantage
