Vacancy Details

This person will be responsible for analysing the economic drivers of commercial property performance including forecasting and trend analyses and assesses financial opportunity, be it related to a present or potential property investment.


  • Develop Spreadsheets, extract monthly reports and analyse the information from the property management system against agreed targets and budgets.
  • Identify variances and make recommendations for improvements to management
  • Upload and update various information onto the property management system
  • Prepare, submit and import various electronic files
  • Prepare operational reports
  • To establish / provide / maintain other administrative, operational, and co-ordinational support services to the Managing Director and other staff within the property team as and when requested
  • Assist with the compliance and maintenance of the company’s SOPs, policies, and legislation
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the portfolio’s occupancy and maintenance requirements
  • Assist with the monitoring, maintenance, and replacement of company vehicles

Required Skills

  • analyze information : 4 to 5 years
  • property analyst : 4 to 5 years
  • identity variances : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

  • In possession or studying towards a relevant Information systems, Economic, Business, Financial, tertiary qualification
  • At Least three years working experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of Nicor, MDA, or a similar property management system will be beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of Property law – understanding of lease agreements, tender procedures etc will be advantageous


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Analytical with sound financial understanding
  • Well organised with excellent communication and admin skills
  • Skilled in time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Flexible
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
