Vacancy Details

We are looking for a young and energetic professional to join our team. This position is ideal for a young lady with 2- 3 years admin experience. If you are able to work in a fast paced environment and are able to handle working under pressure then you should apply. Training will be provided to the successful candidate but she should be able to work on her own with little to none supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Greet walk in customers and help them with their hire requirements
  • Drawing up, amending and closing new hire contracts for customers
  • Inputting of payments and deposits
  • Filing
  • Petty cash
  • Reading and responding to emails frequesntly during the day
  • Invoicing

Working hours are:

  • 7:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
  • 7:30 – 11:30 (Saturdays)
  • The candidate will only work Saturdays every couple of weeks
  • We are located in the Ballito area.
  • Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 2 – 3 years admin experiece
  • Lady between 25 – 30 years old
  • Matric certificate
  • Own transport
  • Previous plant hire experience would be beneficial but is not required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Friendly and polite
  • Computer literate
