Vacancy Details

We require a presentable and professional Driver with a valid Code 10 drivers’ license with a Dangerous Goods PrDP at our Phoenix branch. The position requires you to work Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.

Duties include:

• Deliveries
• Interbranch transfers.
• Collection of stock at the harbour.
• Loading and offloading of stock.
• Using a forklift to load and offload stock (if licensed).
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills

• driving skills : 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Code C/10 license required.
• Dangerous Goods PrDP required.
• You must be willing to help other departments with work between trips.
• You must be professional and courteous.
• You must be well-groomed, presentable and behave as an ambassador for the company.
• You must always be reliable and punctual.
• You must have sober habits.
• You must be able to communicate fluently and effectively in English.
• You must be customer service oriented.
• You have to be familiar with Durban and surrounding areas.
