Mint Kulca is a cloud based Hiring strategy platform that is designed to actively help clients switch their hiring decisions from losses to wins.

We use our expertise in human behaviour and combine that with our hiring strategy platform to give our clients a simple, practical effective way to consistently prevent hiring mistakes and increase thier hiring  success.

  • Onboard new clients – it is extremely important to educate customers and their teams on how to use our product. Onboarding should focus on features they need to learn, based on the projects they aim to complete. This way, they can get up to speed as fast as possible and be one step closer to achieving their goals.

  • Client Support – Deliver valuable and quality support to all questions and technical issues or concerns clients might have.
  • Hiring Partner – Act as mentor for Mint Kulca clients to ensure that everything in the hiring process runs smoothly after purchase
  • Use opportunity of working one-on-one with customers to significantly influence our customer base. Act as personal cheerleaders for Mint Kulca, explaining to customers why you can meet their specific needs.
  • Identify their problems and offer solutions (mint products/services) that can solve these problems.
  • This positive reputation should not only keep the customers satisfied, but should also encourage them to refer their friends.

Product and service enhancement

  • As someone who works directly with customers (clients and candidates), you should feel responsible for advocating their needs.
  • You need to have an in-depth understanding of customer likes and dislikes about Mint Kulca products and processes.
  • You should organize, analyse, and share this information with the team to ensure Mint Kulca can enhance products and services to better serve our clients.

Delivering expertise

Unequivocally excellent delivery of outsourced services to clients

Candidate Requirements

Honours degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Psychology

Registered Psychometrist/in process of registering.

At least 2-3 years experience in HR/Business consulting with a focus on customers/people (have managed clients towards success).

Advanced computer and technological expertise – LOVE tech.
