Vacancy Details

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

RECEPTION DUTIES

  • Welcome and direct all visitors/ deliveries
  • Ensure that the area is tidy and presentable

TELEPHONE DUTIES

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Help with queries
  • Take and forward messages accurately
  • INVOICING
  • Check details and pricing information of customer orders onto invoices
  • Ensure all manual delivery notes have been invoiced, and that all invoices have delivery notes attached to them
  • Maintain ands complete waybill information on the invoice register

GENERAL ADMIN DUTIES

  • Capture data
  • Contact council when there are problems with services provided
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail for collection and couriers
  • Arrange courier deliveries and collections

CONTROL STATIONERY

  • Record use of stationery
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Order stationery

Required Skills

  • invoicing : 2 to 3 years
  • microsoft excel : 2 to 3 years
  • microsoft outlook : 2 to 3 years
  • receptionist : 2 to 3 years
  • accpac accounting software : 1 to 2 years
  • switchboards : 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric
  • Post matric diploma/Certificate

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 Years work experience in a similar field
  • Operating a switchboard
  • Knowledge use of MS Word
  • Proficient use of MS Excel & MS Outlook
  • Prior experience working on Accpac (SAGE 300)
