The Security Site Manager’s primary purpose is to protect the assets of the company.

He/she will also have to conduct:

• Daily inspection of security equipment.
• Maintain security standards
• Conduct weekly searches
• CCTV reviews
• On the job training
• Report writing
• Incident/ accident investigations
• Managing the risk

Profile

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in the Security Sector.
• Driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential.
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience essential.
• PSIRA Grade A registered

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

• Communication skills.
• Willing to work irregular hours and overtime.
• In good health and physical stature.
• Be trustworthy and honest.
• Ability to take responsibility.
• Computer literacy
